The trunnion mounted ball valve adopts a front-ball seat sealing structure. The two valve seats can independently cut off the medium at the inlet and outlet ends to realize double block function.
The valve seats are flexible seats loaded by springs. When the valve is closed, the valve seats are pushed toward the ball surface together by medium pressure to ensure reliable sealing performance. When the valve is opened, the valve seats return to a free state, which greatly reduces friction between the seat and the ball, and effectively extends the service life of the valve.
