The 2BE1 series liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors are high-efficiency and energy-saving products independently developed by our factory by integrating advanced technologies of imported products.
This series adopts a single-stage and single-acting structure, featuring simple structure, convenient maintenance, stable operation, high efficiency and energy saving. Compared with the widely used domestic SK, 2SK and SZ series liquid ring vacuum pumps, it has outstanding advantages such as higher vacuum degree, lower power consumption and more reliable operation, serving as an ideal replacement for the above conventional models.
The main structural features of our 2BE1 series liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors are as follows:
- All bearings adopt original imported brands, ensuring precise positioning of the impeller and high operational stability during running.
- The impellers are made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, which guarantees stable performance under severe working conditions and greatly extends the service life of the pump.
- The pump casing is entirely fabricated of steel plates for longer service life.
- The shaft sleeve is a vulnerable core component. We adopt high-chromium stainless steel for all shaft sleeves, with a service life 5 times longer than that of ordinary materials.
- For belt drive models, standard high-precision taper bushing pulleys are equipped to ensure reliable operation, easy disassembly and longer belt service life.
- For direct-coupled drive models, high-strength standard elastic couplings are applied with polyurethane elastic elements, delivering stable, reliable performance and long service life.
- The uniquely designed arched gas-water separator saves installation space and effectively reduces operating noise.
- All castings are produced by resin sand casting with excellent surface quality. No putty finishing is required on casting surfaces, realizing optimal heat dissipation performance.
- Optional imported mechanical seals ensure zero leakage during long-term continuous operation. The inner wall of the pump adopts an approximate elliptical profile to achieve the best pumping efficiency.
