Product Features

This resin is used together with JF9000 to formulate high-transparency matte clear varnish, with overall performance superior to two-component hydroxyacrylic systems.

It is an NMP-free aromatic modified waterborne polyurethane resin solution, recommended for transparent clear coat applications.
Mix with JF9000 crosslinker to prepare two-component waterborne wood furniture coatings:

Mixing ratio JF5419 : JF9000 = 92:8 ~ 90:10 for making two-component 3-degree matte topcoat.

Panels are prepared on plywood in accordance with GB/T 23999-2009. After curing at 25℃ for 7 days, the resistance test results are as follows:

Water resistance and 10% soda alkali resistance: pass after 24 hours.
10% glacial acetic acid resistance: slight mark appears after 24 hours and recovers within half an hour.
100℃ dry heat and 100℃ wet heat resistance by stainless steel cup test: no abnormality.
Alcohol resistance and green tea resistance: qualified after 2 hours.
Hardness: higher than H.
