Our new WL and 2WL series vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps are upgraded replacements for the traditional W-series horizontal vacuum pumps. Compared with the W-series horizontal pumps, they offer the following advantages:
- The average wear rate of components such as cylinders, piston rings, crankshafts, piston rods, and crossheads is reduced by more than 10 times, while the service life of valves is increased by approximately 50 times.
- Power consumption is reduced by nearly one-third, floor space is reduced by about two-thirds, and water consumption is cut by half.
- Noise levels are reduced due to the elimination of harmful transverse vibrations.
- The WL and 2WL series can be supplied in a semi-oil-free configuration, significantly improving vacuum cleanliness, making them ideal equipment for industries such as food processing and pharmaceuticals.
- The WL pump is a single-stage unit with an ultimate vacuum of 20 Torr, while the 2WL pump is a two-stage unit with an ultimate vacuum of 1 Torr, meeting the vacuum requirements of different users.
