The ZJ series Roots vacuum pump is a positive displacement vacuum pump, also known as a mechanical booster pump. It is one of the main pumping equipment for obtaining medium and high vacuum. Its working principle is similar to that of a Roots blower. Two figure-8 shaped rotors rotate synchronously inside the pump housing to complete gas suction and discharge.
Aiming at the working conditions in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries that require pumping large amounts of water vapor and solvent gas, our company has optimized the sealing structure between the pump chamber and the bearing chamber of the ZJ series Roots vacuum pump. This improvement greatly reduces oil emulsification in the bearing and gear chambers, making the ZJ series Roots vacuum pumps more suitable for matching with liquid ring vacuum pumps to extract large quantities of water vapor, solvents and other media.
