The 2BE3 series liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors are products independently developed by our company by integrating advanced technologies of imported products. This series is not only highly efficient and energy-saving, but also very suitable for long-term and continuous operation.

When operating under relevant vacuum conditions, the working conditions of liquid ring pumps are often extremely harsh. The 2BE3 series can be matched with various driving devices, such as belt drive, reduction gearbox, synchronous motor, frequency converter, etc. In addition, to save space, a series operation mode driven by a single motor can be adopted, and up to four pumps can be operated in series at the same time.

When equipped with an intermediate partition, the left and right parts of the 2BE3 can operate under different vacuum degrees respectively. As long as the suction pressure difference between these two parts is less than 80KPa, one 2BE3 vacuum pump can be completely used as two independent vacuum pumps. This feature further improves the operational flexibility of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.

Main Structural Features of Our 2BE3 Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors

Large inspection ports are opened on both sides of the pump cover, through which the gap, corrosion and scaling can be inspected.
During the manufacturing of the 2BE3 vacuum pump, suction and exhaust flanges are reserved at the top and side, with the same caliber, making on-site installation more flexible and convenient.
All bearings adopt original imported brands, ensuring precise positioning of the impeller of the 2BE3 vacuum pump and high stability during operation.
The impellers are all made of ductile iron casting, or steel plate and stainless steel plate welding, which fully ensures the stability of the impeller of the 2BE3 vacuum pump under various harsh working conditions and greatly extends the service life of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
The pump body is entirely made of steel plate or stainless steel plate, which improves the service life of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
As the most vulnerable part of the 2BE3 vacuum pump, the shaft sleeves of our factory are all made of stainless steel, with a service life 5 times longer than that of ordinary materials.
The belt pulley (for belt drive) adopts calibrated high-precision taper bushing pulley, ensuring reliable operation, long belt service life and convenient disassembly.
The uniquely designed upper-mounted gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are produced by resin sand casting with excellent surface quality. No putty finishing is required on the surface of the castings, making the heat dissipation effect of the 2BE3 vacuum pump optimal.
The optional mechanical seals are all imported parts, which fully ensure that the 2BE3 series vacuum pump has no leakage during long-term operation.
